Q1: How can I get a quotation?
A: In order to quote you as soon as possible please provide us the following information:
1) Detail drawings(CAD /PDF/DWG/IGES/STEP/SOLIDWORS) with required tolerance.
2) Required Material and Surface treatment.
3) Planning Quantity.
4) Any special packing or other requirements
Q2: What should I do if I want to place a bulk order?
A: You can place a sample order to confirm the quality first, after you approved the sample, then you can place an official order to us.
Q3: What’s your leading time?
A: Usually 7~10 days for sample order, 30~35 days for bulk order, it depends on your product design and the qty.
Q4: What is the payment term?
A: Sample 100% T/T in advance, Bulk Order 30% T/T deposit in advance, the balance before the shipment; L/C acceptable for big order.
Q5: If I need the parts urgently, can you help?
A: Yes, we are here to help since our production time is flexible. Please tell us the delivery time you need, we will try our best to adjust the production schedule priority for you.
